We offer A La Carte pricing and 3 different sizing options (examples below) to allow for tailored packages and flexibility to work within your budget. Using "Real Touch" Faux Flowers and renting them out to our brides allows us to offer beautiful florals at a reduced cost.
Our Step-by-Step Process
Meet with our team via Webex where we
1) learn about your wedding vision
2) learn more about you and
3) share about our services & processes.
This is a 30 min meeting.
Sign & Book Services
Post consultation we will send you a customized proposal to include an invoice with cost breakdown and contract to include all of our policies. When you are ready, you can easily access your proposal to sign and book. Services are not considered booked until the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.
Once services are booked we will set up an in person Design Meeting. During this meeting we will create and plan all of your floral designs and placement of florals. This is a 2 hour meeting. Meetings take place is the Richmond, Va area.
Sneak Peek Sign Off
Since we work with faux flowers we are able to create sneak peeks for our brides. This takes place within 30 days of your wedding. Sneak Peek pictures will be sent via email.
Wedding Day Arrives
Our team arrives to deliver and set up your wedding florals. Arrival time is determined by the amount of time needed to set up.
Floral Pick Up
When the party's over our team will come back to pick up the florals. When the florals are dropped off and set up we also leave you with storage boxes and packing instructions.
